Tools Needed: None!
Rainbow glitter is a statement nail color and here is one of the many ways to wear it without overdoing it. Besides, who wants to remove all that glitter nail polish afterwards? I thought so.
Here is a step-by-step tutorial on the Rainbow Glitter nails:
1. Paint nails white until they are opaque.
2. Paint both accent nails (ring and thumb) in a metallic color.
3. Paint the remaining tips with the metallic color.
4. Add glitter wherever there is metallic nail polish.
Using a metallic color underneath the glitter really helps those nails to stand out on a white background. My next nail design will be using metallic paint with a neutral color. I really like how the metallic paint popped against the white background so it gave me inspo for my next manicure Monday. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Please leave me comments below if you have any nail design requests!

So I put one coat on, and then wait. And then I put on another coat, and no matter how long I wait, it is never dry! 😦

Try a base coat first and then do very thin coats and wait 5 minutes between each coat. Maybe that will help!

I’ve tried everything!!! When I do base coats, it makes it worse! 😦

Aww! What brands do you use??

I’ve tried many! The cheapest ones usually work the best for me, because they dry so fast!

Oh maybe that’s it! You just need those quick dry base coat, color and top coat!

What brand do you think works the best?

For quick drying? I’d say sally hansen!

I like Sally Hansen too! I usually only do one coat though with that brand, and it usually works alright!

How do you feel about essie, china glaze, or OPI?

I like them all! But they’re kind of pricey for me!

Oh ok! If you do find a color you like, maybe try one of those brands to see if that brand is the problem too. Hope you have better luck with your nails!

Is the glitter nail polish easier to remove when it’s over a solid cream colour?

Nope! It’s just as annoying. Ugh just thinking about when I removed this mani… Ugh!
