Recipe | Parmesan Zucchini Crisps

What you’ll need…

1 large zucchini
Parmesan… that’s it!

How to do it…

-Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line pan with parchment paper.

-Cut zucchini into thin circle slices. Line them up so there are none overlapping.

-Take spoonfuls of Parmesan and sprinkle each slice with a generous amount.

-Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown (I left them in for 15 minutes.) Take them out and serve immediately!

Perfect quick snack to have and it literally only needs two ingredients! Thank you for reading my quick post today. Let me know if you end up making this quick snack! Have you ever made zucchini crisps?

Thanks for sharing, I’ll try it with some white wine ❤ Have a lovey weekend!

  2. Nice and easy recipe! I love zucchini, even though when I was a kid, my mom grew it and one summer we had zucchini coming out our ears. She made zucchini everything – even breads and cakes. We got pretty sick of it. :p
