Easy Summer Makeup

With under 10 products to use, no wonder I called this summer look easy!

+ Prime time. I used a frosted dirty peach paint pot as a base for the rose gold colors. Then, I applied four eye shadows including a light dusty rose matte crease color, medium metallic mauve shimmer all over the lid, medium pinky-brown matte on the outer corners and a pale neutral pink matte-satin as a highlight for the brow bone and inner corners. I like highlighting my inner corners/brow bone especially when I do a daytime smokey eye. I also brought some of the lid and crease color onto my lower lash line. Then I did my brows with a brow pencil. I curled my little eyelashes and used a non-clumping formula for the mascara.

Eyes: Naked Palette 3 (Strange, Limit, Nooner, Liar) | ABH Brow Wiz | Benefit Stay Don’t Stray | MAC Paint Pot Vintage Selection

+ For lips, you can’t forget the lip balm, it’s a must. I literally swiped on some cotton candy colored lipstick. Easy! The frosted lipstick is more forgiving for when you apply it in a rush especially.

Lips: Revlon Lip Butter Cotton Candy

+ Today, I used tinted moisturizer that leaves the skin dewy/natural. I concealed my under eye area and then concealed any blemishes with a waterproof concealer. I blot powdered just the places I put concealer to avoid any thickness. Then, I used a peachy pink with gold shimmer as a blush on the apples of my cheeks and blended towards my temples. Absolutely no need for highlight thanks to my highly shimmery blush.

Face: Laura Mercier Oil-free Tinted Moisturizer | Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer | MUFE concealer | NARS Orgasm

The two best feelings are playing with makeup and taking it all off after a long day.

How are you wearing your makeup today?
