I had brunch with my family at The Smith in the city and it was yummy — I had the BLT+E(gg) with a Bellini and blew out the candle on my Momofuku Milk Bar Cake. I got to open my gifts which is always fun. Afterwards, we went to the Met to see the China: Through the Looking Glass exhibit which had beautiful dresses.
This picture was taken at the Met Roof Garden:
My Rebecca Minkoff bag is the pop of color that my outfit needed. I loved my white dress because the fit & flare cut is the most flattering on my pear shape body type. I wore my Guess sandals and accessories were just simple studs, a statement necklace from Piperlime (RIP), rose gold bracelets, and Coach sunnies.
I am grateful for an awesome first half of my birthday that was filled with love!
Happy birthday To us Joy! May you have many more blessings! 🙂

Happy belated Birthday again Joy! Sounds like you had a great time.
How does the Momofuku Milk Bar Cake taste? I’ve been meaning to go try their ice cream – they have a location downtown, I’ve only had their noodles and fried chicken but not dessert yet.

Thank you! I had an awesome day and night! The cake is kind of like an upgraded funfetti cake with yummy little birthday cake crumbs on top were so good, they tasted like cookie truffles lol I couldn’t figure out what it was, but I just knew I liked it! Very fun and festive cake.
