Manicure Monday: The New French Manicure Series

This New French Manicure series consists of a modern twist to a classic manicure:

Black + white + metallic — What’s not to love? The accent nails are an idea that just popped up in my head as I was thinking of just doing black and white nails. It’s Fall, rose gold is bigger than ever, so why not add some beautifully colored accent nails to this new french manicure?

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on the New French Manicure:

1. Start with a base coat to protect your natural nail bed.
2. Paint nails white until they are opaque. Paint the accent nails rose gold.
3. Paint the tips with a black polish.
4. Once the manicure is done, seal the nail art design with a quick drying top coat. This will make the nail look shiny and the design last longer.

Of course you can do only black and white for a more bold effect, but since it is fall, I liked incorporating rose gold into the manicure. I hope you liked this as much as I liked painting it!
